I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for many years and I have always enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly staff as well as the clean and sanitary setting for customers. I am writing you because I was appalled at the state of your Starbucks location in Kingston NY. There was a leak in the roof that was dripping on the chairs and down the wall of the inside of the store that was left unattended and the tables on the inside of the store were filthy and looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in some time. I am disgusted with my experience at this location and I do hope these aforementioned issues can be addressed quickly for the health and safety of the public.July 13, 2016
